Our Team
The founder of Sherwill is Bob Sherwin. Bob founded Sherwill in 1990 and has over 40 years of experience in safety and environmental management, specializing in industrial hygiene. Bob believes that a culture of safety begins with behavior-based training customized to each work environment.
Brock is the son of Bob and is a recent graduate of Northeastern State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety Management. Brock has been with Sherwill for the past four years. Brock believes that safety is a personal responsibility and that trainings are a reminder that safety is not only a work practice but a life practice.
